I ordered from Furlongs this past Summer and they never fulfilled the order. It was for customized Red Dingo dog tags. I called the Red Dingo manufacturer and they said that Furlongs never contacted them to fulfill the order. Their customer service has been awful. They act as if they could care less that they took my money for products they didn't deliver. At this point I have asked the Better Business Bureau to step in, as well as the Philadelphia office of the Consumer Advocate.
